Masterchef Competition: a team building idea in Bologna

The competition lasts: 2h30 + About 2h for the dinner

During the competiton they will be divided into different teams, in which there are two capitains, in order to learn the capacity of working in groups. Each team will have to prepare complete menus for a jury composed by three or four professional chef, who will judje the complessive work. The valued chefs give orders and advices to the participants, in order to prepare particular kinds of food and who prepare the best menu has the possibility to receive an advantage for the next test. The participants must know all kind of ingredients, because the jury is very demanding. People of the team who will win, will be automatically saved, on the opposite, people who lose will have to face the “pressure test” in which the participants risk the elimination.
